Key 102 Media is a brand of Key 102 Solutions LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Key 102 Media," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through key102media.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, under their own terms: Stripe (payments), Google (intake form/sheets and our email), Calendly (scheduling), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@key102media.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR), you may have additional rights; contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.
We're a cybersecurity firm at our core and maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our site and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

These terms govern your use of key102media.com and our services. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
This site describes our offerings, including our Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) plans. When you start a plan, the specific terms of that engagement are set out in a separate Website-as-a-Service Agreement signed at onboarding, which controls the services, deliverables, and ownership. These site terms apply to your use of the website itself.
Plan fees (setup and recurring) are shown on our plans page and charged via Stripe per the plan you select and your WaaS Agreement. Recurring charges continue until cancelled as described in that Agreement.
Before work begins. If you pay for a one-time build, setup, or a project deposit and change your mind before we start design or build work, contact us and we'll refund it in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, a domain purchased in your name).
Once work has begun. Build fees, setup fees, and project deposits are non-refundable once we've started your design or build — they pay for creative and development work already performed. For brand and website builds, work begins when we start on your identity, layout, or content.
Monthly plans (hosting, care, Studio, and PR retainers) are billed in advance, and you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges; the current billing period is non-refundable and your service continues through the period you've paid for. We don't provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, and any initial-term commitment in your signed Agreement still applies.
Free submissions. Music and radio submissions are free — there is nothing to refund.
How to request. Email contact@key102media.com with your receipt or the email you paid with, and we'll respond within 5 business days. If something went wrong, tell us — we would always rather make it right than see a dispute, so please reach out before filing a chargeback.
Where your signed Website-as-a-Service or services Agreement addresses refunds or cancellation, that Agreement controls.
The content, design, and branding of this site are owned by Key 102 Media. Content and materials you provide to us remain yours; ownership of work we build for you is addressed in your WaaS Agreement (your content and domain stay in your name; you may own the finished site after your term).
Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or submit content you don't have the rights to.
We use and link to third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Calendly, Google). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Key 102 Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to paid services is governed by your WaaS Agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
